North Scarle Primary School is seeking to appoint an excellent Early Years/KS1 teacher, to start on 1st September 2024.

As a small, inclusive school, committed to moving forward and ensuring our success, we are looking to appoint

an enthusiastic, well-motivated teacher to join the experienced team at our friendly, rural village school.

We are looking to appoint a hard-working individual who:

  • Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of how children learn in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Can demonstrate excellent teaching and learning
  • Is determined, resourceful and resilient
  • Has high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour
  • Can plan and deliver a mixed age curriculum that is inclusive and ambitious for all children
  • Has knowledge and experience of delivering high quality phonics (we use Read, Write Inc)
  • Is motivated to achieve the best for all children
  • Can work as a member of our enthusiastic and positive team
  • Takes regard for their own professional development
  • Chooses to be successful and encourages the success of others

This is a temporary role for 1 year, which will be reviewed in line with the needs of the school.
