North Scarle Primary School is seeking to appoint an excellent Early Years/KS1 teacher, to start on 1st September 2024.
As a small, inclusive school, committed to moving forward and ensuring our success, we are looking to appoint
an enthusiastic, well-motivated teacher to join the experienced team at our friendly, rural village school.
We are looking to appoint a hard-working individual who:
- Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of how children learn in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Can demonstrate excellent teaching and learning
- Is determined, resourceful and resilient
- Has high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour
- Can plan and deliver a mixed age curriculum that is inclusive and ambitious for all children
- Has knowledge and experience of delivering high quality phonics (we use Read, Write Inc)
- Is motivated to achieve the best for all children
- Can work as a member of our enthusiastic and positive team
- Takes regard for their own professional development
- Chooses to be successful and encourages the success of others

This is a temporary role for 1 year, which will be reviewed in line with the needs of the school.
